Customer Advisor (all)
This is how you shape health
- Versatile and exciting telephone and personal advice to our customers and sale of needs-based insurance solutions
- Independent receipt and processing of customer enquiries, aiming to achieve the best customer satisfaction
- Collaboration in a dynamic and committed team with sales targets
- Active market development on behalf of the supervisor
- Preparation of quotations and customer correspondence in the private customer business
- Implementation of measures for portfolio retention and customer recovery
This is what sets you apart
- Completed commercial training as well as sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry
- VBV training completed or willingness to complete it
- Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
- Enjoyment of customer contact and active sales
- Strong advisory competence characterised by a high customer and service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German, any additional language is an advantage
