What to expect
- Assessment and handling of complex KVG and VVG daily sickness benefit cases according to legal requirements and internal guidelines and/or comprehensive support of key clients
- Collaboration with Case Management, the recourse department, Legal & Compliance, consulting doctors, external legal advisors
- Coordination with the involved social insurance institutions
- Maintaining contact with agencies, brokers and key clients
- Participation in various projects and other tasks as required
- Professional support/leadership including case discussions within the team
- Deputising for the Head of Daily Sickness Benefits Services
What you bring
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Further training in health or social insurance
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the health or social insurance sector
- Strong affinity and experience in the conception and implementation of projects and processes
- Communicative, team-oriented and resilient personality with a networked way of thinking
