ICT Specialist (Apprenticeship)

Your new tasks

You install PCs, tablets, and mobile phones and put them into operation.
You integrate peripheral devices (e.g., notebook, printer) into the network infrastructure and resolve malfunctions.
You work in support and assist users in handling ICT tools.
You know the company-specific settings of the hardware used and the standard applications/operating applications to be able to support quickly and with high quality during installations and support cases.
You analyze problems and find solutions in collaboration with other specialists.
