Your Tasks
- Therapeutic and special education consulting as well as professional support for teachers, school management, and authorities (B&U)
- Ensuring a subject-specific training and further education offer for the Winterthur school as well as for the Department of School and Sports (DSS)
- Review, preparation, planning, and support of external special school measures
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with our internal and external partners: specialists, schools, institutions, and authorities
- Collegial cooperation in the SI team
Your Profile
- Completed Master's degree (MA) in school-based therapeutic pedagogy or comparable higher education qualification
- Several years of professional experience in school integration or in another field of special or therapeutic pedagogy
- High social and communication skills and the willingness to cope with the varying intensity of work due to the dynamics of a school year
- Engaging and committed personality with high resilience, flexibility, and assertiveness
- Team-oriented and high willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
