About Our Client

For our client, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we are seeking a motivated Scientist - Analytical Chemistry (m/f/d). The company is renowned for its innovative drug development processes and excellence in quality standards, contributing significantly to healthcare advancements worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive projects and initiatives in digital tools, laboratory digitalisation, and process improvement
• Manage specific roles within selected digital platforms, supporting user communities and optimising processes
• Provide flexible support to analytical and QC laboratories as required
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for designated projects within the team
• Ensure GMP compliance for all relevant activities, adhering to internal and regulatory standards
• Follow established SOPs, health and safety regulations, and company guidelines

Your Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in IT systems, digital tools, or analytical chemistry/quality control
• Proficient in using various software platforms, with LIMS systems knowledge being advantageous
• Solid understanding of GMP and data integrity requirements
• Strong organisational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a customer-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (German or French is a plus)
• Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data analysis software

Compensation

• Pay Rate: CHF 38.76–46.51/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
