YOUR TASKS

You are jointly responsible for the short-term rental area and ensure smooth processing

Receiving rental enquiries by phone and e-mail and handling them independently from A to Z

Preparation of offers, contracts, delivery notes and invoices

Technical recording of forklift vehicles

Creating workshop orders for repairs

Planning seasonal project orders

Coordination of transport orders

You act as an important internal interface around the STR area

Proactive support of the sales department

YOUR PROFILE

Commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further education

At least 3 years of professional experience

Enjoyment in dealing with technical products and a good technical understanding

Very good IT user skills in MS Office and experience with ERP systems

Very good German (native) and French skills (B2), English is an advantage

Proactive, solution-oriented and communicative personality

Precise, reliable and structured way of working

You enjoy telephone contact with customers and internal departments

You have a valid driving licence and your own car
