Commercial Employee EFZ - Secretary 80%

• independent management and organisation of the secretariat in job sharing
• administrative and organisational support of the Head of Space and Facilities as well as the specialist departments Planning and Safety
• coordination, organisation and preparation of meetings including minute-taking
• telephone and personal contact with internal and external contacts as well as authorities
• processing, triage and forwarding of daily mail and e-mail correspondence
• research, business processing and appointment monitoring in the business management system Konsul
• ensuring smooth administrative day-to-day business

• completed commercial basic training EFZ, mandatory in Switzerland
• at least 5 years of professional experience in a secretarial function, mandatory
• very good German skills in spoken and written, level C1-C2
• confident handling of common MS Office applications
• independent, structured and reliable way of working
• pronounced organisational skills and a high service orientation
• communicative, discreet and team-oriented personality
• flexibility and enjoyment of working in job sharing
