Customer Advisor 1st Level Telephony, Premium Reduction 90%

• As the first point of contact for telephone customer enquiries in the area of premium reduction, you ensure a positive customer experience with your efficient, open, and service-oriented communication
• Your working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:15 to 12:00 and 13:15 to 17:00
• You quickly find suitable solutions, specifically point out digital service offerings, and ensure that our customers always feel well cared for
• Whether in a team or independently - you continuously develop yourself, think actively, and contribute new ideas
• Mutual trust forms the basis of our collaboration - and allows you to work partially from home after successful professional induction
• Fixed-term employment from now until a maximum of 31 January 2027

• You are a real communication talent and enjoy supporting people
• Service and customer satisfaction are your top priorities - you think along, quickly find suitable solutions, and ensure satisfied customers
• You use digital tools routinely, work efficiently, and keep an overview even during high call volumes
• You are aware that the task can become very hectic and that we demand high quality even under heavy workload
• Experience in telephone customer service is a basic requirement. Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Very good German skills (native level) and you communicate clearly, professionally, and customer-oriented
• Fixed, planned working hours within service times meet your expectations
