What you achieve

• You advise, coach and support line managers and employees in all personnel matters of the areas assigned to you (including occupational health management)
• You recruit new employees from a wide range of professions in the logistical, technical and commercial environment
• You are the contact person for all labour law questions and provide advice to the line and employees
• You actively contribute to the further development of our HR services (especially in the areas of personnel development and health management)
• You engage in various working and project groups

What you bring

• Education: Federal specialist certificate
• Field: Human Resources, personnel development, recruitment
• Professional experience: 5-7 years in a comparable role, experience in logistics is an advantage
• You have a commercial basic education with further training in HR (at least federal specialist certificate)
• You are an experienced person in the operational HR environment (as an HR Business Partner or similar) and enjoy managing and accompanying HR processes
• Experience in occupational health management as well as in change processes is desirable
• You are used to conducting demanding conversations at various hierarchical levels and act as a trusted person
• Ideally, you have already worked with SuccessFactors
• Willingness to work across locations in Suhr (AG) and Neuendorf (SO)
• German (B1)
• French (A2)
