Team Leader Export and Supply Chain 100% (m/f/d)
For an established Swiss technology company, we are looking for a committed individual. The company develops and produces innovative machinery and vehicle solutions for professional applications and stands for quality, reliability, and continuous development. An international environment and varied tasks characterise the employer.
Responsibilities:
You lead an international team at the locations in Switzerland and Latvia.
You manage the procurement of spare parts considering demand and availability.
You continuously monitor suppliers, orders, and procurement costs.
You coordinate international goods flows with logistics, sales, and other departments.
You ensure export-related processes and delivery dates across locations.
You analyse inventory and consumption data to optimise procurement.
You are responsible for prices, calculations, and relevant master data for the product range.
You continuously develop key figures and processes in purchasing and export.
Qualifications:
Technical or commercial apprenticeship with further training in purchasing, export, or supply chain.
Several years of experience in international purchasing or export in an industrial company.
Practical experience in spare parts procurement or a comparable technical product environment.
Experience in leading or professionally coordinating employees.
Good understanding of international goods flows and operational procurement processes.
Analytical working style with confident handling of numbers and key figures.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Very good German skills and business fluent English.
