Clerk National & Service 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Full participation in the operational day-to-day business
• Recording, processing and handling of damage cases
• Managing load carrier controlling
• Reconciliation of load carrier balances with customers and partners
• Telephone and written communication with customers
• Active interface communication within the team and with partners

WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally in the forwarding sector
• Experience in load carrier management and initial experience in handling damage cases
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office
• Good organisational skills and resilience as well as solution-oriented action
• Very good knowledge of German
