Do you want to not only accompany transformation but actively shape it? Are you tempted to coordinate strategic programmes, prepare decisions and work closely with executives and various specialist departments?

In this role, you are part of the Life business unit in the Strategy & Transformation area at Zurich Switzerland. You support the Life Transformation Team in planning, controlling and implementing strategic initiatives. In doing so, you work closely with Transformation Management and other stakeholders and help to create transparency and ensure the successful implementation of key transformation projects.

What to expect

• You coordinate central activities within transformation programmes, plan and track work packages, milestones, risks and dependencies, and ensure transparent reporting.
• You prepare decisions, create management presentations, decision documents and status reports, and actively engage in dialogue with decision-makers.
• You support senior management in the pragmatic, structured and efficient implementation of strategic initiatives and work closely with various specialist departments and stakeholders.
• You analyse measures and action plans related to operational events, accompany follow-up steps and contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents and communication.
• You identify optimisation potentials in processes, workflows and controls and implement simplifications and automations - for example with AI tools and digital solutions; you also organise workshops and programme meetings including professional preparation and follow-up.

What distinguishes you

• University degree or comparable education in business administration, finance, business informatics or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in project, programme or transformation environments, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry
• Confident handling of AI tools and digital solutions to simplify workflows and improve quality
• Very good skills in preparing presentations, reports and decision documents tailored to the audience as well as fluent German and English skills
• Strong initiative, high quality standards, sense of responsibility, structured and reliable working style as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders
