You work in a varied environment with cinema, gaming, bar, sports bar, as well as diverse event formats – from private occasions to large B2B events. During the week as well as on weekends and public holidays, you ensure smooth operations and unforgettable experiences together with your team. We rely on flexible team members who enjoy working in a 7-day operation.

• Supporting operations management in scheduling, further developing the location, and ensuring the economical use of resources (personnel, goods, time)
• Central contact person for events and special formats including operational planning, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility, quality, and compliance with event and brand standards
• Professional leadership and support of employees in the event context including coordination during setup, execution, and dismantling
• Onboarding of new employees according to guidelines, product offerings, and food intolerances
• Ensuring expertise within the team
• Coaching and further development of the team with a focus on service quality and personal responsibility
• Active participation in daily business and leading the team in day-to-day operations
• Responsibility for the rooftop & sports bar including assortment and inventory management, cash register management and correct bookings, as well as administrative tasks
• Responsibility for sales development in the assigned area (bar, catering, events)
  Active involvement in shaping and further developing the food & beverage offerings as well as event and special formats
• Maintenance of equipment in the gastronomy area
• Responsible for compliance with and ensuring hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as guidelines for the sale of alcoholic beverages according to Swiss food regulations
  

• Completed training or experience in gastronomy, hospitality, service, or cinema
• Experience in staff management as well as in bar, service, and gastronomy areas
• Experience in organising and conducting events (preferably in the B2B environment)
• Strong sales and operational understanding, especially in gastronomy or event sectors
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and actively shaping changes
• Confident communication (spoken and written), very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong communication skills in dealing with internal interfaces, external partners, and the team
• High initiative and the ability to motivate and engage teams
• Positive demeanour, polished manners, and high social competence
