We are a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing company that has been producing in Ennenda in the Glarus region for over 70 years and employs 160 people.
To complement our team in administration, we are looking for a proactive and motivated person as of June 1, 2026, or by arrangement for the position of
HR CLERK 60-100 %
Your CHALLENGES
HR Administration:
- Organization of internal and external events (company celebrations, service anniversaries, etc.) as well as training sessions
- Writing internal communications & publishing via the communication app Involve
- Maintaining digital personnel files in D3
- Processing HR processes in Abacus (on-/offboarding, promotions, transfers, etc.)
- Handling personnel changes
- Creating employment contracts, additional agreements, work certificates, and confirmations
- Participation in internal HR projects and support of the HR manager in daily business
HR Marketing & Talent Promotion:
- Managing the social media channels Lehrebyeberle.ch
- Maintaining and updating the website Lehrebyeberle.ch
- Assisting in the organization of career fairs
- Organizing trial apprenticeships and supporting the administrative area of apprenticeships
HR Payroll & Social Insurance
- Support in preparing the monthly payroll runs
- Participation in the administration of social insurances (AHV, BVG, ALV, UVG, KTG, etc.)
- Processing withholding tax and family allowances
- Support in HR year-end closings
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ or equivalent)
- Training as a personnel clerk / HR assistant HRSE
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
- Discretion, trustworthiness, and reliability in handling sensitive personnel data are required
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
- User knowledge of Abacus, Involve, and D3 is an advantage
- Experience in an industrial company is an advantage
