Head of Quality Management & Processes (m/f) 80-100%

Vista Eye Practices & Clinics are the largest provider of ophthalmology in Switzerland with around 35 locations and approximately 500 employees. We offer first-class medical services to our patients and set standards in the specialist disciplines of ophthalmology, eye surgery, and eye laser medicine.

You will lead our Quality Management & Processes team and further develop our quality and process landscape together with medical directors, site managers, and specialist departments.

Your tasks

• Further development of the existing quality management system and QM strategy
• Establishment of a binding, cross-site process management
• Management of audits, CIRS, complaint management, and patient surveys
• Development of relevant quality and process indicators
• Group-wide support of sites in improvement and change projects
• Ensuring regulatory and internal quality requirements

Your profile

• Degree or equivalent qualification in healthcare, business administration, or comparable
• Several years of experience in quality and process management, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Advanced QM training, e.g. CAS/DAS, Quality Manager
• Experience in quality management as well as in analysing, optimising, and standardising processes
• Leadership experience or management of complex cross-departmental projects
• Implementation strength, persuasiveness, and a pragmatic working style
