Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly and employs around 4,000 staff. Outpatient and inpatient services seamlessly merge. While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.
In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with excellent public transport connections. Actively shape our new facility.
You will play a significant role in implementing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and influence your team and the home for our residents.
Your Tasks
- Management of HR processes (recruitment, personnel support, employee care/administration, payroll administration, master data maintenance, etc.)
- Active collaboration with the HR department at headquarters
- Support and advice for area/department managers
- Management of time recording system, monthly and annual closings (PEP)
- Registrations and deregistrations with authorities and social insurance partners
- Process responsibility for absence management
- Provision of evaluations, key figures and statistics
We Expect
- Basic training as a commercial clerk EFZ with further education in personnel (personnel assistant, personnel clerk, or similar)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role (preferably in healthcare)
- Structured, precise and efficient working style
- Ability for holistic and networked thinking
- Highly proficient with Office applications (ideally also in PEP, Rexx)
- High social competence and service orientation
- Excellent command of German (spoken and written)
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility to cover during holiday absences
