About the job
For a traditional company in refrigeration technology, we are looking for a communicative person with a flair for technical products.
Your Tasks
- Receiving, recording and dispatching fault reports
- Scheduling of service technicians and service partners taking into account priorities, personnel availability and material availability (efficient allocation of service technicians)
- Telephone and written customer support (appointments, enquiries, rescheduling, complaints)
- Daily monitoring/status control of orders, administrative processing of orders
- Close cooperation with the service team - efficient handling of repairs
- Ensuring timely processing of spare parts orders
- Creating and sending service quotations
- Proactive communication with customers, service partners and other departments
Our Requirements
- Commercial or technical basic training
- Experience in service, dispatch and back office desirable
- Professional experience in refrigeration technology, air conditioning or building technology an advantage
- Organisational skills
- Enjoyment of technical products
- Confident handling of MS Office, Windows, Outlook, (Abacus an advantage)
- You are a communicative, cheerful and very friendly person with a positive attitude
