The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be extensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations, and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.

The Dementia department currently accommodates 72 residents and will soon accommodate 170. The nursing departments are operated according to the 3-Worlds model by Dr. Christoph Held. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a qualified, reliable, and committed personality as

Assistant Health and Social EBA or Care Assistant SRK (m/f/d)

Dementia Care Department RC, Workload 40 - 100 %

In this role, you will support us:

• You will create a structured, appreciative daily routine for our residents with advanced dementia.
• You will carry out planned care and support tasks according to individual needs and biographies.
• You will undertake simple nursing measures while adhering to hygiene guidelines.
• You will carefully maintain nursing documentation within your area of competence.
• You will pass on important observations to the nursing staff.
• You will independently and reliably carry out household tasks.

You can convince us with:

• You have completed training as an Assistant Health & Social EBA, Care Assistant SRK, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• You bring experience in long-term care and in dealing with residents suffering from dementia.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You are an empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting.
