In the MTM field, you can expect a variety of tasks related to the analysis and design of production processes. Together, we develop efficient workflows, improve existing structures, and create the foundation for a future-proof production. Gain valuable practical experience and support us in continuously further developing our processes.

• Analyse assembly processes using the MTM method (Methods-Time-Measurement) and identify optimisation potentials together with our team.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve assembly processes and accompany their implementation in practice.
• Develop various scenarios and evaluate them in terms of costs, feasibility, and risks.
• Create and update standardised assembly documentation.
• Support our team in workshops as well as in day-to-day operations.

Your profile:

• Ongoing and advanced studies focusing on Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management or a comparable course of study
• Basic knowledge in the field of MTM or MTM-UAS (Universal Analysis System) and project management
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Initial experience with SAP and lean methods desirable
• Commitment, flexibility, and a structured and analytical way of working complete your profile
