What you can achieve
- Handling and leading construction projects, whether as part of large plant projects (wastewater treatment plant, water supply, urban drainage) or as independent projects
- Contributing construction-specific expertise in interdisciplinary planning teams. Managing projects through all stages from planning/tendering to execution/site supervision
- Performing structural calculations
- Preparing tenders, cost estimates, and quotations
- Leading cross-departmental and cross-branch teams with comprehensive planning, coordination, communication, and project controlling
- Participating in the acquisition of new projects
- Contact with clients and contractors
Your skills are
- A degree with a BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
- Solid and broad expertise in all areas of construction, with a focus on structural engineering
- Several years of professional experience in construction/structural engineering, including project management experience
- Confident command of the German language, both spoken and written
- Team spirit, a high degree of initiative and reliability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Enjoyment of personal contact with clients, planners, contractors, and employees throughout HOLINGER AG
- Knowledge of specialised software such as AxisVM, CUBUS, Messerli, and similar
