Consultant Finance Applications - ERP & Public Administration (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a Switzerland-wide consulting company with a versatile service portfolio. The company supports clients from various industries with solutions in fiduciary services, auditing, management consulting, tax and legal advice, as well as comprehensive IT solutions. For the internal finance department, a committed individual is sought who will take responsibility in accounting and actively contribute to the further development of (digital) processes.
Role:
Do you enjoy working at the interface between finance, digitalisation, and consulting? Do you understand business processes and enjoy supporting organisations in the development of their financial processes? In this role, you combine your expertise with varied client projects and actively shape the implementation and optimisation of digital financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
You support organisations in the digitalisation and optimisation of their financial processes and act as their professional contact person.
You develop suitable solution concepts within the Abacus software and ensure that business requirements are implemented optimally.
You manage projects and subprojects, coordinate the involved persons, and keep an eye on deadlines, quality, and progress.
You conduct workshops, user training sessions, and product presentations, conveying complex content clearly and practically.
You analyse business processes, identify optimisation potentials, and accompany the implementation from the initial requirement to successful introduction.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally further education at the level of a professional certificate, higher vocational school, university of applied sciences, or university in business administration or business informatics.
You have solid knowledge in finance and accounting and ideally know the processes in the public sector.
You have experience with Abacus and enjoy professionally supporting and further developing software solutions.
You think in networks, understand complex contexts quickly, and approach tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You are a communicative personality, confident in appearance, and enjoy exchanging ideas with different stakeholders.
