ICT System Engineer with a focus on networks, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your contribution to our team

The IT team in Wallisellen operates the company’s IT infrastructure throughout Switzerland. As a System Engineer specialising in networks, you are responsible for the stable and secure operation as well as the further development of our network infrastructure. You manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls and VPN solutions and work closely with internal departments, external partners and the international specialist departments of Sonepar.

In addition to your expertise in the network area, you also take on classic tasks of a System Engineer. These include the support and further development of our entire IT infrastructure.

Your profile

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or further training in the field of IT
• Several years of experience in the network area (LAN/WAN/WLAN, routing, switching, firewalls), ideally with Aruba, Fortinet or comparable products
• Experience in system engineering (Windows servers, virtualisation, AD, Azure Cloud)
• Independent and reliable working style
• You continuously update your knowledge regarding current technologies
