Job description:
- Further development and migration of existing web applications in e-banking with a focus on payment transactions
- Analysis of professional needs and translation of these into clear functional and technical requirements
- Responsibility for requirements engineering throughout the entire development process as well as acting as an interface between the business department and IT
- Participation in migrations, platform changes and modifications of payment formats
- Working with payment transaction standards, formats and platforms such as SWIFT, SIC, eBill, LSV and ISO 20022
- Support in testing activities and ensuring that implemented solutions meet the defined professional requirements
- Close collaboration with developers and other stakeholders in an agile DevOps environment
About the customer:
Our client is an established Swiss financial institution with a strong focus on modern, secure and reliable digital banking services. You will be part of an experienced DevOps team and work on business-critical e-banking applications with a focus on payment transactions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in banking or financial services with a focus on payment transactions
- Sound knowledge of payment processes, formats and platforms such as SWIFT, SIC, eBill, LSV and ISO 20022
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Engineer or Requirements Engineer
- Experience with migration projects, platform changes and/or modifications of payment formats
- Experience in agile project environments, ideally with frameworks such as SAFe
- Knowledge in testing and quality assurance within IT projects
- Confident handling of Jira and Confluence
- A recognised certification in the field of Business Engineering or Requirements Engineering, for example IREB, is an advantage
- German language skills at C2 level or near-native proficiency
