You ensure that our buildings, facilities and infrastructure function reliably. With your organisational skills, leadership competence and collaboration with internal and external partners, you contribute to a safe and smooth operation.

Your commitment makes the difference: You lead and promote your team, coordinate the technical service and ensure that our infrastructure is maintained sustainably and professionally.

Your tasks

• Leadership, promotion and further development of an inclusive six-member team as well as responsibility for the training of an apprentice with a Federal VET Diploma.
• Planning and coordination of the technical service, building maintenance as well as external assignments and services.
• Ensuring building and facility maintenance including winter services, inventory management, transport as well as operational and traffic safety.
• Responsibility for material procurement, awarding contracts, invoice control as well as participation in budgeting and cost controlling.
• Ensuring smooth operation through on-call service, compliance with safety and quality standards as well as cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in a craft with further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence or specialist in operational maintenance with a Federal VET Diploma
• Leadership experience as well as ideally a trainer certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Good user knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Driving licence category B
• Appreciative, service-oriented and socially competent personality
• Organisational skills, resilience as well as independent and responsible working style
