Quality Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Recording and assessment of incoming quality deviations
Coordination of complaint cases with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Application of fault analysis methods to determine systematic causes
Follow-up of defined measures until the completion of the process
Management of more complex quality cases within task forces
Support in the optimisation of QM processes and working methods
Participation in supplier qualifications and supplier development
Evaluation of completed cases to derive quality improvements
Qualifications:
Completed technical apprenticeship with advanced training in quality management
Professional experience in quality assurance, complaints management, or complaint handling
Practical knowledge of 8D reports and other common QM tools
Understanding of quality requirements according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Structured approach to complex technical issues
Clear communication and assertiveness in interaction with specialist departments
Enjoyment of collaboration with various company departments
Very good German and good to very good English
