Your new tasks

Consulting, selling, and handling customer inquiries via various channels such as telephone, web chat including video, email, etc.
Smooth order processing as well as offering our products and services within the scope of customer contact
Processing mypfister applications and orders
Additionally, you support the eCommerce team with your input to improve the customer journey

What you bring with you

You have good German and French skills in spoken and written form
English/Italian skills are an advantage
You enjoy customer contact
You enjoy using various digital tools to support our customers
You like working on different tasks simultaneously and can organize yourself well even in hectic times
You are a team player and bring an extra dose of humor
You are flexible and also willing to work on Saturdays (possible from home office)
