Head of Customer Centre

EWS Energie AG is the regional service provider for electricity, water and telecommunications in the Aargau South region. Over 50 employees and trainees are committed daily to ensuring a reliable supply.

For the further development of our customer centre, we are looking for a dedicated, communicative and experienced individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• You lead, coach and develop your team and promote personal responsibility and independence
• Together with your team, you ensure a professional and customer-oriented service
• You are responsible for the timely preparation of our customer invoices
• You ensure a high quality of our customer, contract and billing data and further develop quality management
• You standardise and optimise our customer centre and billing processes
• You identify digitalisation and automation potential and drive their implementation forward
• You develop suitable key figures and controls to manage quality, punctuality and efficiency
• You work closely with finance, metering, product management, data management and other internal and external interfaces

Your Profile

• Commercial or technical training, supplemented by business management or equivalent further education at HF/FH level
• Several years of experience in customer service, data management, process management or a comparable environment
• Experience in analysing, standardising and optimising processes as well as a strong affinity for digitalisation and automation
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a pronounced sense of responsibility
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage
