Head of Business Services IV (80–100%)

Your Contribution

• Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of the newly created Business Services IV department (contract management, process expert, business & data analysis, staff)
• Building up and further developing the new department
• Member of the five-person IV steering team
• Organisation, preparation, minute-taking and follow-up of the regular IV steering meetings in rotation with the other members of the IV steering team
• Taking on project management mandates
• Preparation of decision-making bases from cross-sectional tasks for the IV (e.g. information from the IVSK, research reports, concepts and analyses)
• Preparation of foundations and facts for the further development of the IV office Aargau
• Coordination with central functions within SVA Aargau

• Leadership personality with a natural authority and a high ability to network and implement
• You lead with clarity, trust and humanity and remain calm and composed even in demanding situations
• You have a completed university degree (Uni/FH) or a comparable qualification
