Your tasks

• Managing and maintaining the relevant data in the Central Migration Information System (ZEMIS), in particular entries, changes and extensions of persons with protection status S
• Examining applications for the granting of a residence permit in hardship cases for persons with protection status S, in particular checking the formal requirements as well as advanced integration
• Recording biometric data for the issuance of foreigner identity cards
• Managing the general counter and telephone service as well as providing information and advising clients on migration and asylum law matters

Requirements

• Commercial employee with a Federal VET Diploma and several years of professional experience
• Sensitivity to persons with a migration background
• Assertiveness, precise and efficient working style
• Good English skills and additional spoken foreign language skills are an advantage
