HR Specialist
Integrated into a manageable and professional HR team, you will take the lead in payroll with SAP HCM. Personnel administration and the processing of statistics are also part of your duties. You competently advise employees and managers on social security matters and actively participate in recruitment. In addition, you contribute your HR expertise to projects, for example in the transition to SAP S/4HANA. Depending on your interest, you may also take on part of the apprenticeship supervision. This offers you a varied field of activity with operational responsibility and scope for design.
For this versatile position, you have further training as an HR specialist or a comparable qualification. You bring solid practical experience in payroll and social security. You are digitally savvy and work confidently with SAP and Excel. You enjoy project work and, with your intrinsic motivation as well as your service and solution orientation, you make a valuable contribution to a professional HR.
