Senior ICT Infrastructure Engineer - Network & Cloud (m/f/d)
How can logistical process performance be sustainably improved? Our Rocken partner develops holistic automation and software solutions to optimise internal material and goods flows. With a strong focus on innovative technologies in process control, the company supports its customers in making complex processes more efficient, transparent and scalable.
The field of activity includes the planning, implementation and commissioning of automated systems as well as the integration of suitable software solutions into existing process landscapes. Engineering, project management and technical support work closely together to realise customer-specific solutions.
The focus is on technical precision, innovative strength and structured project management. Complex challenges are solved together as a team and projects are professionally accompanied through all phases.
Responsibilities:
Development and further advancement of modern cloud and deployment architectures
Planning, configuration and operation of networks, firewalls and remote access solutions
Installation, configuration and commissioning of software and system components on-site at customers and remotely
Operation and further development of remote support services including maintenance and technical optimisation
Monitoring and fault analysis with Prometheus, Grafana and Checkmk as well as collaboration with development in system tests and product improvements
Qualifications:
Degree as Dipl. Technician HF Computer Science or comparable technical qualification
Solid knowledge of Windows Server, SQL databases and industrial networks
Experience with Linux and network technologies, ideally complemented by a CCNA qualification
Knowledge of cybersecurity, monitoring and remote support solutions is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, additional languages welcome; customer-oriented and independent working style;
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
