What You Can Achieve

• You are jointly responsible for the technical and structural maintenance work of the Solbad Schönbühl according to maintenance plans
• You assist with the quality control of the bathing water and guest attractions
• With your sense of order, cleanliness and operational hygiene, you help maintain our high standards
• You recognise the need for minor craftwork and can carry it out independently
• You assist with the planning, organisation and implementation of the annual operational inspection

What You Bring

• You have a pronounced craft flair and enjoy finding practical solutions
• Training or professional experience in the craft sector is an advantage - preferably in heating, ventilation, electrical or sanitary areas
• Ideally, you bring experience in wellness facilities, bathing establishments, hospitality or operational maintenance
• You are a team player but also enjoy working independently and responsibly
• You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• You are fit, motivated, physically resilient and like to get stuck in
• You are willing to learn, curious and open to familiarising yourself with new technical and operational topics
• You are fluent in German
