As the new Head, you will develop the Operations Control Centre into a modern control and competence centre and ensure it meets the future demands of a growing mobility offering.

Your Responsibilities

• You lead the Operations Control Centre both professionally and personally and develop your team purposefully.
• You ensure that our rail operations run safely, punctually, and customer-oriented.
• You further develop processes, regulations, and concepts and ensure their implementation in daily operations.
• You manage disruption handling, evaluate incidents, and ensure improvements are implemented.
• You plan operations during construction sites, major events, and special occasions and contribute your experience to projects and committees.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a train dispatcher or operations controller category B, as well as further business management education.
• You have several years of leadership experience and know how to motivate and purposefully develop employees.
• You establish a safety and learning culture, promote knowledge exchange within the team, and ensure sustainable development of operational competencies.
• You analyse operational key figures and quality indicators, derive improvement measures, and increase performance as well as customer satisfaction.
• You are decisive, resilient, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
