Your area of responsibility
- Completion of training according to cantonal structures
- Coordinate, lead and document operations under the supervision of a paramedic
- Initiate and carry out medical

Your skills
- Completed secondary level II: grammar school or specialised middle school FMS. 3-year vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Good oral and written German skills (C1 certificate)
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Good basic knowledge in scientific subjects
- Driving licence category B and at least one year of flawless driving experience, as well as completion of driving category C1 / D1 with code 121 by the start of training.

We offer you a study place where you will carry out varied assignments in our geographically challenging rescue region. The state-of-the-art medical equipment and vehicle fleet are complemented by our generous and appealing infrastructure. You also benefit from plenty of free time thanks to the 12-hour shift. The course includes basic training of 3 years or a shortened training of 2 years. The course always starts in March and is divided into theoretical and practical training phases. Training places are allocated within the framework of the application procedure of the Canton of Bern.
