Type of Work

• You take technical responsibility for the operation, support, and further development of your applications
• Business owners: you advise and support them in a solution-oriented manner at eye level
• You manage external service providers and are responsible for problem and change management
• You organise and accompany tests for new releases and hotfixes; nothing goes through without your oversight
• You maintain databases and technical documentation with the necessary care
• You contribute to the helpdesk, support, and IT operations, hands-on when it matters
• Your know-how flows into application-specific projects and you actively shape processes

Requirements Profile

• You have completed your IT training, EFZ or HF/FA
• Well-founded: you are familiar with Microsoft operating systems, databases, and networking
• You bring experience in IT support or IT administration
• Databases and SQL Server are not foreign words to you; you navigate them confidently
• You handle Microsoft Office with confidence
