Your tasks include ...
- ensuring needs-based and professional care and support of the residents.
- taking on the personnel and professional leadership of the night shift staff with a focus on care quality, team stability, and process reliability.
- conducting employee and development discussions and participating in personnel clarifications.
- professionally supporting the recruitment process and introducing new employees in a structured manner.
- advising staff in complex care situations, providing situational coaching, and assisting in direct care when necessary.
- ensuring economical and quality-assured service delivery including correct documentation.
- implementing and monitoring quality and hygiene requirements.
- working closely with the house management and actively further developing the organisation of the night shift.
- participating in or leading projects.
You are a good fit for us if you ...
- have a qualification as a certified nurse (HF, DN II, AKP) or a Bachelor of Nursing FH.
- have completed a CAS leadership training or a comparable qualification, or are willing to do so.
- ideally already have experience in a leadership position.
- possess in-depth expertise in long-term care.
- recognise structural improvement potentials in the night shift and actively contribute to them.
- view processes with a resource-oriented approach and act with quality awareness.
- are flexible, motivated, a team player, and resilient.
