On behalf of the canton, we provide a wide range of adapted workplaces, carry out projects in the area of labour market measures (AVIG), measures on behalf of the IV offices, and on behalf of municipalities for social assistance recipients.
To strengthen our GAP (adapted workplaces) team in Aarau, we are looking for a committed and empathetic individual immediately or by arrangement as
Integration Coach (GAP) 60 - 100% (a)
What you will achieve:
- Conducting interviews and accompanying trial placements
- Mediating internal and external workplaces
- Psychosocial support and promotion of employees within the framework of professional and social integration
- Location discussions and target agreements, in cooperation with the work areas
- Crisis intervention
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, authorities, and the extended network
- Consultation and cooperation with external employers
- Quality assurance
- Record keeping, reporting, personnel administration
- Participation in working groups and projects
What you bring:
- Training and experience in coaching or social work
- Knowledge of social insurance systems is an advantage
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Communicative, empathetic, and resilient personality
- Structured, independent working style with a high awareness of quality
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident handling of administrative and documentation tasks
