Introduction

Beck Lyner AG is a traditional family business that has stood for the highest quality and passion in the baking and confectionery craft for generations. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and committed Baker-Confectioner EFZ.

Tasks

• Production of high-quality baked goods, speciality breads, small breads and puff pastry items
• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and quality standards
• Operation and maintenance of modern production equipment
• Creative participation in the development of new products and recipes
• Efficient organisation of workflows in the bakery

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Baker-Confectioner EFZ
• Experience in the production of baked goods, with the possibility to work as dough and oven operator
• Passion for the craft and a strong sense of quality
• Team spirit, reliability and flexibility
• Willingness to work early shifts and weekends (1 Sunday shift per month)
