Job Description
Your Role
As HR Business Partner & Site HR Lead, you take on a central role in shaping and implementing the HR strategy on site. You are part of the local management team and at the same time closely integrated into the global HR organisation within a matrix structure.
You combine operational excellence with strategic influence and actively contribute to the development of a modern, globally networked HR function.
Your Focus Areas:
HR Site Leadership Haag
- HR responsibility for the Haag site including positioning, compliance & audit topics
- Responsibility for effective internal communication to ensure consistent and clear information flow
- Management of induction days & employee survey including derivation and implementation of measures
- Member of the local management team and close cooperation with employee representatives as well as representation of the site
- Maintenance and further development of local regulations and HR SharePoint content
- Initiation and implementation of local initiatives (benefits)
HR Business Partnering in a Matrix Organisation
- Support of defined areas as well as strategic & operational sparring for managers
- Collaboration with global HRBPs as well as business unit and functional leaders
- Support in personnel planning, performance & organisational development including labour law issues and change processes
- Ensuring fair remuneration structures
Participation in Global HR Projects
- Active involvement in international projects (LMS Cornerstone rollout, as global project leader for implementation at all sites)
- Implementation of other global HR initiatives at the site
- Promotion of standardisation and best practices across all sites
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in a comparable HR leadership role, ideally in an industrial environment in Switzerland
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law as well as operational and strategic HR topics
- Experience in a matrix organisation and in an international corporate environment
- Hands-on mentality with strong implementation skills
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance at all levels
- Very good German and English skills
- SAP and Cornerstone knowledge advantageous
- Experience in implementing new HR systems
