Your activities/tasks
As an apprentice miller, you receive, check and analyse the quality of cereals/raw materials, you load and weigh trucks, you programme and adjust installations, you operate and monitor the installations for processing raw materials, you produce different flour blends based on formulas and using mixers, you maintain machines, you check and analyse flours in our laboratory and you package them (bags, cones) for shipment to customers.
Your profile
- Completed compulsory schooling and aptitude for mathematics
- Interest in the food sector
- Interest in technology/informatics
- Manual dexterity
