Your tasks
- You contribute your expertise and conjure up tasty baked goods and desserts from high-quality, seasonal ingredients
- Plan the daily routine in our bakery
- Adhere to production and hygiene guidelines
- Assist with external events in the monastery as well as with catering.
Your profile
- Completed training as a baker – pastry chef, pastry chef - confectioner or solid patisserie skills
- Experience in gastronomy
- Enjoyment of craftsmanship
- Keep a cool head in hectic situations
- Self-initiative, creative and a team player
- Hygiene and order are a matter of course for you
