Human Resources Generalist in Hospitality

Are you a numbers person and a people person at the same time? Do you love the pace of the hospitality industry and want to shape HR rather than just manage it? Then we are looking for you – as the HR lead for a place where every day looks different.

These are your tasks:

• You are the central figure for your HR department and responsible for your output
• You manage the entire HR administration and continuously develop existing processes
• You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing including changes and coordination with the finance department
• You accompany the entire employee lifecycle – from workforce planning through recruiting and development to exit
• You are responsible for the personnel budget as well as ongoing forecasts
• You ensure that regulations, job descriptions, internal guidelines and other HR documents remain up to date
• You further develop HR procedures and ensure that processes function efficiently and smoothly in daily operations
• You take an active role in recruiting and attract suitable talents for various areas

What we expect from you:

• Simply put: an HR professional certificate
• Mandatory: You have several years of experience in gastronomy, hospitality or F&B
• You are down-to-earth and hands-on
• You communicate fluently in German
• You are empathetic and have the necessary assertiveness
