We are looking for a goal-oriented, solution-focused and committed personality as

• Cross-location activities (at several locations)
• Ensuring appreciative and goal-oriented support of assisted teams (approx. 3 teams)
• Regular and planned interactions/coaching with the entire team at team meetings
• Perceiving group processes, classifying them and making team anomalies addressable
• Future collaboration with HR and specialist coaches in a coach team to support the teams
• Participation in working and project groups

• Training in the field of housekeeping and/or nursing
• Further training at CAS level with experience in team leadership is an advantage
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Ability to build sustainable relationships
• Sound business management knowledge
• Experience in coaching and project management is an advantage
• Planning and organisational skills, process-oriented thinking
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience
