Quality Management Employee 80 - 100 %

These are your tasks:

• You handle customer and supplier complaints and accompany them from recording to successful completion
• You analyse quality deviations, identify their causes and document the results comprehensibly
• You create templates for initial sample inspection reports and ensure complete documentation
• You manage quality certificates, release documents and customer-specific requirements
• You maintain quality-relevant master data and documents in the ERP and CAQ systems used
• You organise internal training on quality-relevant topics and support their implementation

This is what distinguishes you:

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Further training or initial professional experience in quality management is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and enjoyment in getting to the bottom of problems
• Communicative personality with assertiveness and team spirit
• Good German, French and English skills complete your profile
