Executive Assistant (m/f/a) 50 - 60 %
Your tasks
- Administrative and organisational support of the clinic director and clinic management in daily business
- Independent appointment planning and calendar management as well as organisation and coordination of meetings
- Minute-taking and follow-up of clinic management meetings
- Processing and coordination of internal and external correspondence as well as patient feedback and complaints
- Planning and organisation of internal events, information sessions and staff events
- Maintenance and updating of intranet content as well as participation in internal communication
- Administrative support of contract management and other site-related processes
- Collaboration in various organisational and administrative areas
Your profile
- Enjoyment of support and coordination tasks at the clinic management level
- Further training as an executive assistant or equivalent qualification with professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Very good German skills as well as solid PC user knowledge
- Discreet and reliable personality
- High resilience as well as competent and friendly demeanour
- Quick comprehension as well as a swift, independent and responsible working style
