School-based Special Educator (60-80%) The Waldegg Secondary School is a vibrant and modern learning place in the heart of Münchwilen, where joy of learning, mutual appreciation, and pedagogical quality are highly valued. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an academically competent and personally approachable school-based special educator for lower secondary education, starting immediately or by agreement. Your tasks:
- Individual support and guidance for students with special educational needs
- Collaboration with class teachers, subject teachers, and parents
- Development and implementation of support plans
- Professional advice to the team in the area of integrative support
- Participation in the further development of an inclusive school and teaching culture
- Degree in school-based special education or an equivalent recognized qualification (or willingness to pursue further training)
- Enjoyment in working with adolescents in lower secondary education
- Strong team and communication skills
- High professional and social competence
- Flexibility, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking
