• You accompany projects from requirements gathering, through process modelling, to implementation for clients in the public sector
• You work closely with departments, project management, IT teams and other stakeholders
• You analyse, collect and document both business and technical requirements

Additionally

• You ensure that processes are designed efficiently, transparently and sustainably
• You support the further development of existing systems and workflows
• You moderate coordination and workshops with various stakeholders
• You identify optimisation potentials and develop pragmatic solutions
• You operate at the interface between organisation, processes and technology

Your Profile

• Advanced training in business administration, business informatics or similar
• Solid professional experience as a Business Analyst in the public sector or regulated organisations
• Good knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Certifications such as IREB, HERMES or further training in requirements engineering & business analysis are a great advantage
• You have solid knowledge of UML as well as practical experience with corresponding tools
• You use Jira/Confluence confidently and routinely
• Great interest in IT as well as in the digitalisation of business processes
• Very good skills in creating user stories and defining interfaces
