We are looking for you as HR / People & Communication Generalist Officer 50% at our location in Brüttisellen as soon as possible.
Your mission
You are the first point of contact for employees and managers at KONE Switzerland on all HR-related matters in German and French. With your expertise and service orientation, you support our employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle and ensure that our HR processes are implemented professionally, efficiently and with high quality.
Your specific contribution
Ensuring high-quality HR service regarding all administrative and organisational tasks
Personnel administration (entries/changes/exits, maintenance of personnel data, work permits, statistics, etc.)
Preparation of work references and other personnel-related documents
Management of salaries and bonuses
Participation in working time management
General correspondence and internal communication
Support of the HR manager in various matters
First contact for all administrative HR concerns
Advising managers and employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
Participation in projects at group level
Occasional travel within Switzerland
Daily presence in the office with the flexibility of 1 day home office per week
Your added value
Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR function, ideally in an international environment
Completed training as an HR assistant or HR specialist with a federal certificate of competence is an advantage
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
Bilingual German-French, spoken and written
Very good English skills for collaboration in an international environment
Good IT user skills in Microsoft Office
Good knowledge of Workday and Abacus is an advantage
Open and empathetic personality
