Your background
- Law degree (Master's level) with interest and practical experience in criminal and criminal procedural law, preferably with a lawyer's licence or doctorate
- Independent, efficient and careful working style
- Precise oral and written expression
- Excellent editorial skills
- Quick comprehension and necessary expertise

Cantonal Court, Criminal Law Department
The Cantonal Court is the highest judicial authority of the canton in all areas of law. The Criminal Law Department is the appellate instance against judgments of the Criminal and Juvenile Court. As a complaints authority, it is also responsible, among other things, for assessing orders, procedural acts and decisions of the police, the public prosecutor's office, the juvenile prosecutor's office and the courts of first instance in criminal matters.
