Responsibilities

• Leading a nursing team of approximately 40 employees
• Active participation in a change and development process within the team
• Creating structures, clarity, and commitment in daily leadership
• Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing and care
• Promoting, developing, and retaining employees long-term
• Implementing and further developing processes, standards, and concepts
• Strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration
• Responsibility for accurate nursing documentation and implementation of the nursing process
• Role model as a member of the management team and active contribution to a respectful and solution-oriented corporate culture

Profile

• Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Further training in leadership or management
• Several years of leadership experience in long-term care
• Proven experience in demanding leadership situations and change processes
• Extensive knowledge in geriatrics or gerontopsychiatry
• High social competence, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment in further developing teams and motivating people towards common goals
• Resilience, ability to reflect, and confident handling of challenges
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
