Responsibilities
- Leading a nursing team of approximately 40 employees
- Active participation in a change and development process within the team
- Creating structures, clarity, and commitment in daily leadership
- Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing and care
- Promoting, developing, and retaining employees long-term
- Implementing and further developing processes, standards, and concepts
- Strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration
- Responsibility for accurate nursing documentation and implementation of the nursing process
- Role model as a member of the management team and active contribution to a respectful and solution-oriented corporate culture
Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Further training in leadership or management
- Several years of leadership experience in long-term care
- Proven experience in demanding leadership situations and change processes
- Extensive knowledge in geriatrics or gerontopsychiatry
- High social competence, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
- Enjoyment in further developing teams and motivating people towards common goals
- Resilience, ability to reflect, and confident handling of challenges
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
